Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Derek and his team were absolutely fantastic. We got them to repaint the whole interior of our house. They did a great job, and completed on time. The pricing was extremely reasonable.

Derek is also a great guy and we are very happy we went with him!

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Derek and team were very good. The job was painting the total exterior of a weatherboard house. Many weatherboards required replacement. The job was done on time and I would recommend and use Derek again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Derek and his team recently completed an interior painting project for us. From first contact to completion, Derek was responsive, communicated well and knowledgeable in all aspects of the work.
All preparation including plaster repairs, and the painting was completed in a tidy, respectful (around us in the house) and timely manner. Overall quality was excellent.
Pricing for the project was competitive.
Highly recommended.

They went the extra mile for us and the finished product is so so good. We could not be happier with their service and it was a pleasure to spend time with them as well. Would 100% recommend.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Derek and his team were outstanding. They spent a significant amount of time prepping and they sanded and patch all our plaster and woodwork before starting the pairing. They didn’t tell me they were including this in the quote but apparently that’s standard for these guys because they specialise in high quality work and an older Victorian homes with a lot of detail required. . I was so happy we chose these guys because they were very thorough and the quality was exceptional. Highly recommend them if you want someone you can trust to do the job correctly.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Derek, David and the team did an amazing job of painting our two-storey house! Their thoroughness, attention to detail, workmanship, honesty and timeliness is second to none! Derek and his team went well above and beyond expectation, even repairing issues with some of our weatherboards and woodwork as well as replacing mud that had dislodged from some tiles on the roof. Derek kept us informed throughout the process and he stuck to the timeline. I strongly recommend Derek and Son for all your painting needs and I would have no hesitation is using them again and again.

Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Derek did a fantastic job - we finally got our first home as homeowners, and we trusted Derek to make sure it’s painted beautifully. Lines are crisp and colours look good. Derek also made sure that the original Edwardian features are well looked after.

It was also good to know that if you pick Derek & Son, you’re actually getting Derek to paint your house. He comes with decades of experience and works efficiently and professionally. Would recommend him 10/10!
